The Tred Avon Players is using a new ticketing system!  In addition to our new web site,  we are excited to announce that we have upgraded from AudienceView Select (Vendini) to AudienceView Professional (Ovation Tix). This is a more user friendly platform and is designed to operate on any web browser, whether it be Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Apple Safari.

 

The credit card purchases will now be handled by Theater Mania and will show up on your credit card statement as TMANIA TICKETS.

 

You can create a user account and track your Season Ticket Flex Passes, view your Donation history, and see which shows you have attended. This is highly recommended for our Season Subscribers and Donors.

When the page comes up,

1. Choose Enter your email address.  If you have purchased tickets in the past, choose, I am a returning customer, if this is your first time choose I am a new customer, and then click I don't know my password.
2. You will receive an email from Tred Avon Players with a link that expires after 24 hours. Follow the link to create your password.
3. You will then be taken to the login page where you will enter your email.  Click I am a returning customer followed by and my password is, then enter your password and click the Continue button.
4. You will be taken to your profile page where you can update any information in your account that may have changed. You can then view your order and donation history.  You can also check the status of your Season Ticket Flex Passes and how many you have used and how many are available. You can redeem season passes, make a donation, or just purchase tickets to any upcoming production.

 

Once you create your Subscriber log in, you can access this when you go to buy tickets, just by clicking Log in for Member Benefits on the ticket purchase page. Once you reach the new web site , you will be able to access your account by scrolling to the bottom of the first page and clicking Subscriber Log In.
