Tred Avon Players and the Oxford Community Center are excited to invite your child to participate in our immersive 4-day Shakespeare workshop! 

 

As part of our mission to educate and inspire, this unique program offers a fun, engaging, and educational opportunity to explore the timeless works of William Shakespeare.

 

Dates: Monday, July 28 – Thursday, July 31, 2025

Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, free performance at 6:30 pm on July 31

Location: Oxford Community Center, 200 Oxford Rd, Oxford, MD 21654

 

Workshop Highlights:

• Explore iconic Shakespearean plays like Hamlet, Macbeth, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream

• Engage in interactive readings and scene studies

• Learn acting techniques to bring Shakespeare’s characters to life

• Participate in group discussions and workshops led by theater professionals

 

Attendees:

• Rising 5th graders to rising 12th graders

• All experience levels welcome!

 

Cost & Capacity:

• Cost per attendee: $200.00 (includes T-shirt)

• Maximum participants: 25
